About The Position

Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for HHA/CNAs to join our growing team! Boulder Ponds Senior Living recently opened in the spring of 2021 in Lake Elmo, MN. It is located right on the border of Woodbury and Oakdale, right off highway 94. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 95-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Boulder Ponds Senior Living is a growing community with a fun, caring, passionate team who assists our residents Age Magnificently. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Part Time AM (6am-2pm), Part Time PM (2pm-10pm), Part Time PM (4pm-8pm) Part Time NOC (10pm-6am), every other weekend included. HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour CNA Wage: $19-$24 per hour Shift Differential: $1 PM, $2 Overnight Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? Responsibilities

Providing support to our residents with their personal care services
Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
