About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide care to seniors and individuals in their own homes. The role offers flexible scheduling: caregivers can share their preferred days, times, hours, and travel areas, and the company works to find shifts that suit their availability. Part-time and flexible opportunities are available, including occasional or additional hours and more consistent schedules.

Caregivers help clients remain independent and safe at home. HHA or CNA certification is preferred but not required; free training and certification opportunities are offered to applicants interested in becoming caregivers. The position pays $19–$21 per hour and includes sign-on and referral bonuses, mileage and travel reimbursement, and benefits for eligible employees.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Shop for groceries and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist clients with daily activities.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
