About The Position
RIGHT ACCORD Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable HHA and CNA caregivers to join our team. This is a test job posting created for iSolved hiring workflow testing purposes. The caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities, companionship, personal care, and other non-medical home care services while helping clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes.
Requirements
- Active HHA certificate or CNA license preferred
- Minimum caregiving experience preferred
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Must be able to follow care instructions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to complete onboarding and required documentation
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Follow the client's care plan
- Report any client condition changes to the office
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
