About The Position
Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We are seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team! You will be working directly with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patients' homes. This position is located in Clearwater, Florida.
Requirements
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Current CPR certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Recent TB Test Results.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Level 2 Background screening with current fingerprinting.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Accompany clients to their appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections).
- Follow care plans and agency protocols.
