About The Position

The HH-60W Facility Security Manager administers plans and programs for the Andrews Rotary Division in accordance with contract requirements and staff responsibilities. The position tracks property, facilities, assets, and inventory under established plans and programs. It manages the division property control plan and serves as the primary control officer for division and government assets, while coordinating security access, facility needs, contingency requirements, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

With a bachelor’s degree, four years of experience in property control management and plan administration.
Without a degree, twelve years of experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required to obtain the security clearance.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer plans and programs for the Andrews Rotary Division in accordance with contract requirements and staff responsibilities.
Track property, facilities, assets, and inventory in accordance with established plans and contract requirements.
Manage all aspects of the ARD property control plan, including division training requirements.
Serve as the primary control officer for division and government assets.
Ensure personnel are trained and assets are recorded, tracked, and inventoried in accordance with company policies and United States Air Force directives.
Coordinate Report of Survey actions, assign control numbers, and provide briefings on the ROS program as required.
Perform Disaster Control Group duties as required, representing the 89th MXG and Amentum as the primary DCG member; carry a company phone and respond within one-half hour to a designated location when required.
Perform duties as the UCC as required.
Coordinate Logistics Control Center contingency or mobility requirements for equipment and personnel between wing and squadron agencies.
Identify requirements for new or additional facilities and repairs to existing facilities, and submit AF Form 332 to Base Civil Engineering.
Report facility discrepancies in accordance with the Andrews AFB Facilities Manager Handbook.
Identify facility upgrade, repair, and improvement requirements and participate in the Andrews AFB Appearance Program.
Review facility status and assess improvements that would enhance the working environment and morale.
Grant facility and restricted-area access for Amentum employees.
Verify employee security clearances and issue contractor Common Access Cards and Restricted Area Badges for base and flight-line access.
Provide the Security Forces Industrial Security Manager with a Visitor Authorization Letter.
Perform Telephone Control Officer duties in accordance with AFI 33-111.
Perform duties in accordance with established company policies, procedures, and ISO 9002 requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
