Requirements
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, including Google Sites, Forms, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Time management, organization, planning and problem solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify potential technical challenges.
- Employees who drive on state business require possession of and the ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver’s license appropriate to the assignment.
- Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license checks, must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any driver training.
- All newly hired State employees are subject to and must successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify).

Responsibilities
- Analyze hepatitis C test results and a previously conducted survey on provider knowledge, attitudes, and practices.
- Conduct a literature review.
- Update a service directory for patients seeking care for hepatitis C treatment.
- Participate in community outreach opportunities with our Hep C Elimination Advisory Coalition, Hep Free AZ.
- Abstract medical records for perinatally exposed hepatitis C infants.
- Develop a flowchart for reaching out to pediatricians in these instances.
- Collaborate with the Hepatitis C Epidemiology Program Manager, Patient Navigators/Investigators, Epidemiologist, and/or others on the team on group projects.
