About The Position
As a hemp sales enthusiast, you’ll be a key player in our mission to shift perceptions about natural wellness. This role provides a vibrant and fulfilling experience, allowing you to engage with customers both in-store and at exciting events in NC. You’ll have the opportunity to educate a diverse clientele about our range of products, including seltzers, edibles, tinctures, and smokables.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable aura.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, checking IDs, and handling transactions.
- Flexible availability for shifts in-store, at events, on weekends, and evenings.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and knowledgeable guidance to customers, ensuring a supportive and informative experience.
- Share detailed information on array of products, dosing, and benefits to help customers make informed choices.
- Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system, check IDs, perform assigned tasks efficiently, and maintain a clean and compliant environment.
- Stay updated on evolving products and industry trends to offer the best suggestions and support to our customers.
