About The Position

Hartford HealthCare, the largest integrated healthcare delivery system in Connecticut, seeks a BC/BE Hematology/Oncology provider to join a rapidly growing practice at Hartford Hospital for a per diem position. The mission of Hartford Healthcare Cancer Institute, which oversees over 40 oncologists, is on the highest quality patient centered multidisciplinary care, patient experience and clinical research trial enrollment. Over the past 10 years we have partnered with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and developed a collaborative relationship for oversight of standards of care, education and clinical research.

Requirements

• Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the State of Connecticut
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology

Nice To Haves

• A fixed, predictable schedule of clinic days each week or every other week
• No call, or a very limited call schedule, by arrangement

Responsibilities

• Covering general medical oncology or focusing on a disease site
• Seeing patients
