The Emory Winship Cancer Institute NP/PA Fellowship Program is a one-year program designed to cultivate highly skilled Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) in the comprehensive management of complex patients across medical oncology, hematology, bone marrow transplant, and radiation oncology. The program's curriculum spans the full spectrum of oncology, from fundamental cancer biology to the management of benign hematological disorders and long-term survivorship. Fellows gain experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with rotations in specialized clinics to deepen their understanding of specific oncological diseases. The clinical rotations offer exposure to both solid and hematologic malignancies. The fellowship also includes participation in palliative care, survivorship, integrative medicine, and clinical trials services, providing a well-rounded and inclusive educational experience.
