About The Position

This position is for a clinic RN in the Hematology Clinic. This RN is responsible for managing message baskets, triaging patients, assisting their provider in clinic, and ensuring patients labs, appointments, and treatments are scheduled and monitored. The PRN requirement is 2-8-or-10-hour shifts per week. No weekends or holidays. Applies the nursing process to plan and implement the care of patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team. Collaborates in establishing patient goals and evaluates progress to ensure effective outcomes. Furthers professional growth by engaging in learning activities according to the Board of Nursing standards.

LIC-Registered Nurse - Licensure-Others
Relevant Work Experience
Graduate of an approved discipline specific program
1 year of experience

Responsibilities

Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum.
