About The Position

Performs tasks involving physical labor in construction of skid mounted gas processing plants.

Requirements

• Some knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in construction.
• Some knowledge of first aid and applicable safety procedures.
• Ability to work with team to complete daily activities according to work schedule.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, work in elevated areas, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Any experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in fabrication and assembly projects.
• Operates a variety of hand and power tools.
• Maintains a clean job site; picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.
• Loads and unloads trucks and hauls and hoists materials.
• Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the Foreman or Superintendent.
• Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
