About The Position

This job listing is for 2nd Shift M-F 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM. All new candidates will be required to train for 2-4 weeks on 1st shift prior to transitioning to the 2nd shift. The role involves working in a production environment, adhering to all safety procedures and quality processes, and meeting targeted build rates. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to work safely adhering to all safety processes and policies.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time management.
• Systems analysis.
• Mathematical and deductive reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes.
• Ensure the product being built is to spec and 100% accurate.
• Maintain the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers.
• Maintain the housekeeping standards of the plant.
• Work as a team with all team members of the facility.
• Assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.
