About The Position

We are seeking a Helper/General Laborer with a strong focus on yard maintenance and landscaping to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the outdoor property. While other general maintenance tasks may be assigned, the majority of your time will be spent outdoors performing landscaping and groundskeeping duties.

Requirements

At least one year of proven satisfactory work experience
Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or general outdoor maintenance
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and safety
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean MVR is required
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Frequent grasping, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing
Use of hand and power tools
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and painting is a plus

Responsibilities

Landscaping & Groundskeeping (Main Focus)
Mow lawns, trim hedges, remove weeds, and maintain outdoor areas
Keep the yard clean, organized, and free of debris
Perform seasonal landscaping tasks such as mulching, leaf removal, and planting
Painting: Assist with interior and exterior painting projects as needed
Basic Plumbing: Address minor plumbing issues such as leaks or clogs
General Carpentry: Perform light repairs and maintenance on site fixtures and structures
General Repairs: Support routine building and equipment maintenance
Other duties as assigned
