BambooHR's IT Help Desk Technicians are responsible for caring for all aspects of our office IT needs. As our ideal Help Desk Technician, you will be able to help our employees do their best work with the greatest attitude and care by troubleshooting technical issues that arise. You will: Help end users resolve technical workstation issues (both Windows and macOS). Provision new IT equipment (laptops, monitors, and specialized A/V hardware). Provide A/V support for company meetings, including executive-led and large meetings, and maintain conference rooms and Zoom Rooms to ensure they are fully functional and meeting-ready. Troubleshoot network issues (VLANs, Routing, Switching) as they relate to workstations and A/V endpoints. Automate job responsibilities—leveraging AI tools where applicable—for continued efficiency. Contribute to the ongoing documentation and runbooks of our systems and processes. Provide occasional off-hours or offsite support for special events with advance notice.
