About The Position

Roseman University is looking for a customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our Technology Services team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support to students, faculty, and staff while helping keep our technology running smoothly across campus. From configuring devices and solving software issues to supporting classrooms, offices, and clinical environments, you'll play an essential role in the daily success of our university community. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent).
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 2019/2021/365, Azure environments, imaging software (Macrium and VMware), and wireless networking.
  • Valid Nevada driver's license, insurance, and a good driving record.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Network+, MCP, or other industry certifications preferred.
  • Experience supporting users in a higher education environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and connectivity issues for students and employees.
  • Manage and resolve support requests through the Help Desk ticketing system.
  • Provide in-person, remote, and walk-in technical support.
  • Maintain and support campus printers, copiers, and other technology equipment.
  • Prepare, image, configure, and deploy computers, phones, and related hardware.
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications and user workstations.
  • Assist with device setup, upgrades, and technology lifecycle initiatives.
  • Help users understand technology solutions in a clear and approachable way.
  • Support faculty, staff, students, and clinic personnel with professionalism and patience.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Assist with technology projects, system improvements, and special assignments.
  • Travel occasionally between Roseman locations and the Roseman Medical Group clinic as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive, service-focused technology experience across the university.
