About The Position

ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting organization that delivers integrated strategic solutions to federal clients. The Help Desk Support role supports a cloud-based enterprise data and analytics platform for a large federal agency. The platform provides data storage, analytics, governance, and AI/ML capabilities to thousands of users. The team is migrating legacy workloads, streamlining onboarding and support, expanding platform capabilities, and supporting adoption of modern data and AI solutions. The role triages customer issues and supports data-services and platform-use requests. It maintains customer support records and lifecycle-management visibility, tracks recurring pain points, coordinates escalations to Platform, Data, Governance, AI/ML, and Enablement staff, and provides operational insights for improvement backlogs. It also supports customer satisfaction, support-volume, resolution-trend, and adoption metrics. The position is remote, with a strong preference for candidates in the Washington, DC metro area. Occasional onsite meetings at the client site in Washington, DC are expected. ICF monitors employee work locations, blocks access from foreign locations or foreign IP addresses, and prohibits personal VPN connections. The position is contingent upon a contract award; ICF is interviewing and extending offers in anticipation of the award.
