About The Position

Noesis Group, Inc. is an IT/IS consulting firm serving businesses, educational institutions, and pharmaceutical companies in San Diego and Orange Counties. We specialize in comprehensive project management, business analysis, and support services for networks, systems, and applications. We are currently seeking a motivated, full-time Help Desk Support-L1 to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves providing on-site technical support for a Noesis client, acting as the first point of contact for end-users. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly and professionally identify, research, and resolve a wide range of technology and computing system issues. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The role demands an entrepreneurial spirit, high self-initiative, accountability, flexibility, and a strong professional work ethic, fitting for a small, growing organization.

Requirements

  • Broad based hardware and software support experience
  • Able to build and maintain supportive relationships within the organization
  • Highly accurate, organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
  • Above-average analytical and deductive reasoning skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and easily
  • Work efficiently and reliably in unsupervised and varying environments
  • Maintain calm and professional composure in stressful environments
  • Demonstrated track record of offering excellent customer service over the phone
  • Possess working knowledge of all of Microsoft's operating systems
  • Have a strong working knowledge of all of the components in Microsoft's Office suite
  • 2+ years of highly relevant, extensive, hands-on experience
  • Must have a current CA drivers license

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer one or more current Information Technology certifications
  • Prefer a 4-Year college degree (Bachelor’s or above) or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support for Noesis clients.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical support needs.
  • Quickly and professionally identify, research, and resolve issues relating to technology and computing systems.
  • Handle support both over the phone and on-site locations to support clients' desktop needs.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems with both PC and MAC systems efficiently.
