We are currently seeking a motivated, full-time Help Desk Support-L1 to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves providing on-site technical support for a Noesis client, acting as the first point of contact for end-users. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly and professionally identify, research, and resolve a wide range of technology and computing system issues. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The role demands an entrepreneurial spirit, high self-initiative, accountability, flexibility, and a strong professional work ethic, fitting for a small, growing organization.
