About The Position

The Help Desk Specialist will work for a client in the medical industry. This position is responsible for setting up computers, ensuring connectivity, setting up printers, and assisting users. This is a contract-to-permanent position that must be performed on-site.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of help desk experience
  • Ability to setup and troubleshoot computers and printers
