Customer Service Help Desk Specialist Remote, but must live within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL, or Washington, DC. This is a TEMPORARY position which starts immediately and ends on January 30. The TEMPORARY Customer Service Help Desk Specialist handles customer inquiries received via email, telephone, postal mail, delivery services (i.e., UPS, FedEx), facsimile, or Federal government case management systems in a high-volume government processing center.
