E-Logic is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to manage service requests, system access, and operational support for the Department of Health & Human Services. Key Responsibilities Manage ServiceNow ticketing system and workflows Support user account provisioning (VEC, CDX, Conexus, etc.) Track and resolve service requests across OpDivs Generate help desk performance reports Support system integrations and process improvements Requirements Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills Important Notice: This role is part of a proposal for the Department of Health & Human Services .
