This role is ideal for a customer-service-oriented IT professional with strong Microsoft 365 expertise who enjoys solving problems and helping others work efficiently. You will serve as a primary point of contact for technical issues, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and contribute to a collaborative IT team in a dynamic law firm environment.
