About The Position

Managing Help Desk tiers 1-3 in support of critical national capabilities. Carrying out engineering tasks including developing data analytics for desktop and web-developed visual analytic software. Facilitating the bulk analysis of relational information, tracking data flows through cross domain servers, and locating data packages.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in professional work environments
Experience supporting Help Desk tiers 1-3
Experience supervising others and leading projects and deliverables within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience with software engineering in Python and SQL
Experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex data science applications at enterprise scale
Experience developing scalable ETL or ELT workflows for reporting and analytics
Experience using Python, SQL, Scala, R, Haskell, Rust, C++, C, C#, Julia, Go, or Java
Experience with a public cloud, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with data warehousing and databases such as AWS Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or Snowflake
Experience with UNIX or Linux, including basic commands and Shell scripting
