About The Position

Help Desk Associate provides network support, training, and troubleshooting in a network environment. Provides support on a wide range of applications. This position is for the South Fallsburg location, for Mid June- End of August

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience as Help Desk related field.
  • Experience with Windows OS (7, 8, 8.1, 10) MS Office 2013, 2016
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively priority workload.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and flexible in work hours to meet business needs.
  • Includes ability to work remotely on select days.
  • Good verbal and written communications is a must. This includes professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Problem analysis/problem-solving skills required.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Must have integrity and secure mindset as the role has access to confidential data.
  • Must be able to learn and support new and quickly-changing technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
  • Direct unresolved issues to next level of support personnel.
  • Work with windows domain environment to assign permission and perform password resets.
  • Use internal ticketing system to accurately documents time and resolutions.
  • Work with screen sharing software to work with users remotely.
  • Troubleshoot basic LAN, WAN, WiFi and other network related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and maintenance of printers, move hardware around as needed.
  • Work with user’s eClinicalWorks (EMR) related issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot S2 ID card system.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Shoretel Phone system.
  • Utilize Camera system Exacq to perform investigations as required.
  • Work with users and cell phone related issues for corporate devices.
  • Ability to write out documentation for trainings and tutorials.
  • Determines the most effective manner to resolve user’s technical issues and walk users through problem solving steps.
