We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented person to come on board as our temporary Help Desk Analyst for a 12-month term at our Conexus West branch in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our teams needing technical support; responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical and operational issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of work experience in a related field
  • Experience working in a customer service role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to Conexus West’s standard software and hardware.
  • Providing helpful advice and insights to our teams to utilize technology more effectively.
  • Diagnosing and assessing technical concerns, resolving them quickly or directing them to the right team for further support.
  • Helping minimize downtime by efficiently prioritizing and categorizing incoming requests.
  • Assisting with learning and training, ensuring employees feel confident using the tools they need.
