About The Position

We are hiring a Senior IT Support Analyst (Tier-3 Support) to provide advanced technical support within a large K-12 school district environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of advanced IT support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
  • Knowledge of Windows, networking, O365, Azure AD/Entra ID

Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex IT support and infrastructure issues
  • Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and networking environments
  • Handle escalated incidents and major outages
  • Work with cybersecurity, systems, and network teams
  • Mentor Tier-1 and Tier-2 support staff
  • Improve troubleshooting processes and documentation
