About The Position

The Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Help Desk Analyst I to provide Tier 1 technical support in a high-volume call center environment. The candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10, Active Directory, and account-related issues while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external users.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish/English (Required)
  • 2+ years of IT Help Desk / Call Center experience
  • Experience with Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory
  • Ticket queue management, ticket assignment, and escalation
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Vocational/Technical Degree in IT or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Apple iOS

Responsibilities
