About The Position
Mario's Towing is growing and is looking to add a Heavy Wrecker Operator to their team in Kelowna. This is a full-time, permanent position with steady business in towing and recovery work, using newer equipment. Operators can expect to be home every night and will receive wages at the top of the industry, averaging $85,000-$95,000 per year. Extended benefits and Group RRSP participation are available after 3 months.
Requirements
- Recession Proof
- Safety conscious
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Team Player
- Diligent with required paperwork
- Knowledge of log book and pre trip forms
- Trainable and coachable
- Excellent communication skills
- Class 3 Minimum
- Class 1 Preferred
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical Knowledge an asset
- Towing: 1 year (preferred) but not required
