Requirements

Class A CDL license required
Clean driving record (MVR, PSP, FMCSA Clearinghouse)
At least 1 year of experience driving commercial DOT-regulated vehicles
Experience hauling rental construction equipment
Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver log procedures (paper and e-log)
Experience operating and securing heavy equipment

Responsibilities

Transporting Caterpillar and allied equipment to customers and Mustang branches.
Ensuring that loads are safely secured, deliveries are accurate, and all DOT compliance is met.
Load, chain, and unload various types of heavy and light construction equipment.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain truck cleanliness (interior and exterior) and complete inspection logs.
Accurately maintain DOT driver logs and required documentation.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pick-ups.
Follow all Mustang Cat and DOT safety policies.
