About The Position

We are currently looking for a Full Time Heavy Housekeeper to join our enthusiastic team at Paul’s Run. Paul’s Run Retirement Community in Northeast Philadelphia has a reputation as one of the BEST senior health care providers. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Floor care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of the community through floor cleaning, trash removal, and movement of furniture and supplies.
• Dry mop and wet mop floors
• Operate buffer for cleaning, polishing and shampooing floors and carpets.
• Move furniture in assigned areas.
• Turn and move mattresses.
• Hang draperies and cubicle curtains in residences, public areas, and the Health Care Center.
• Gather and dispose of trash; keep the compactor area free from debris on a daily basis.
• Clean fire towers in assigned buildings.
• Operate shampoo machine, large vacuum, floor buffers and other power equipment.
