About The Position

WE ARE SEEKING A MOTIVATED, RESULTS-DRIVEN 310T OR 421A HEAVY EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN TO PLAY A KEY ROLE IN SUPPORTING THE PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY OF OUR DIVERSE HEAVY-DUTY EQUIPMENT. IN THIS HANDS-ON ROLE, YOU WILL CONDUCT SAFETY INSPECTIONS, DIAGNOSE AND TROUBLESHOOT COMPLEX MECHANICAL ISSUES, AND PERFORM REPAIRS ON A WIDE RANGE OF SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT. Requirements

310T Truck & Coach or 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory abstract is required to operate and test equipment as part of job duties.
Positive attitude, safety-first mindset, and a team-oriented approach
Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to heavy equipment
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract
Completion of a job-related background check in accordance with applicable laws
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with accommodation available where required in accordance with applicable laws.

3+ years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment.
Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more.
Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service.
Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Benefits

Hourly Pay: $42.00 to $45.00/hr. (for licensed technicians)
$2,500 Signing Bonus for Licensed 310T or 421A Technicians (subject to terms and conditions)
Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500
Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training
