About The Position

Our client is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to join their service team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of construction and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience servicing and repairing heavy equipment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience with construction or compact equipment
• Experience with multiple equipment manufacturers

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and determine appropriate repairs
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues
• Service a variety of construction and compact equipment
• Operate equipment as needed to diagnose and verify repairs
• Complete quality repairs while maintaining a strong focus on customer service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work independently and collaborate with other technicians and team members
