We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Technicians to join our team at Kearl Oilsands operations. This Fly In Fly Out (FIFO) role operates on a 14/14 rotation and is ideal for individuals with strong diagnostic and repair experience in the oilsands mining environments, specifically working on Caterpillar(CAT) heavy equipment.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a diverse fleet of mining equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability in a fast-paced production environment.In addition to strong diagnostic and repair capabilities, the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience coordinating work, mentoring others, building effective working relationships, and positively influencing team performance. They are recognized by peers for their initiative, communication skills, and ability to lead by example while contributing to a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
