Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of new and used heavy equipment.
• A team-oriented personality, with the focus and drive to work without direct supervision.
• The discipline and skill to complete a technical diagnostic and repair training program.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and diagnosing equipment malfunctions or failures.
• Repairing, replacing, or rebuilding engines, transmissions, carburetors, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components including pump motors, valves, and all related components, electrical systems, and air systems.
• Assisting with pre-delivery setup and installation on all makes and models of John Deere equipment and allied products.
• Ensuring equipment repairs are done accurately and timely.
