Requirements
- Prior experience in equipment rental, construction, or a related industry preferred
- Familiarity with heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, forklifts, and compactors
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy counter environment
- Basic computer skills for processing rentals and managing inventory
- Valid driver's license required; forklift certification a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the rental counter in selecting the appropriate heavy equipment and general tools for their projects
- Process rental agreements, contracts, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate equipment availability, scheduling, and reservations
- Perform basic equipment inspections and document condition before and after rentals
- Communicate equipment operating instructions and safety guidelines to customers
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked counter area and yard inventory
- Upsell accessories, attachments, and additional rental services to meet customer needs
