About The Position

This role involves safely operating a variety of heavy and fixed plant equipment to support daily aggregate production. The position requires conducting pre-operational inspections, routine equipment checks, monitoring material flow, and making adjustments as needed. Effective communication with team members is crucial for coordinating activities and maintaining efficient operations. A clean, organized work area, adherence to safety regulations, and a safety-first culture are essential.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a mining environment
Strong knowledge of safety procedures with high situational awareness
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve equipment issues
Reliable and collaborative approach with clear and effective communication skills
Ability to follow operational procedures, adapt to changing priorities
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities
