About The Position
Standard Sand & Silica Co has immediate need for Heavy Equipment Operators! Some Experience Operating Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Articulated off-Road haul trucks and bull dozers.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. bags continuously throughout the day
- Must also be able to lift 100 lbs. occasionally
- Flexible working hours and conditions
- Must have desire to learn and be willing to undertake job responsibilities
- Must be able to understand and follow oral and written directions
- Observe and follow all safety principles and practices
- Must be able to work well with others
Nice To Haves
- Experience In mining industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment in a safe manner
- Operate loader to move product and/or load trucks
- Provide information and assistance to plant manager as necessary
