About The Position
Alliance Construction is a growing excavation company with lots of opportunities. We are looking for heavy equipment operators with experience and a willingness to travel. Alliance Construction is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and some of our jobs are up to 4 hours away, requiring overnight stays. We perform a wide range of work, including earthwork, excavation, demolition, and installation of underground utilities.
Requirements
- Experience operating equipment
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Practical written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of experience in operating equipment
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as a track skid loader, wheel loader, excavator, dozer and grader.
- Perform hand labor
- Focus on production and safety.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies throughout each day.
