About The Position

This role involves operating heavy equipment to construct and maintain various storm-water management facilities. Responsibilities include excavation, grading, and muck out operations for bioretention facilities, rain gardens, ponds, and sediment basins. The operator will also be responsible for shooting grades, reading cut sheets, and performing other client-requested grading and excavation tasks.

Requirements

• Eligible for employment in the United States
• 1-5 years’ of experience with bobcat and/or mini excavator or larger equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Excavate for and build bioretention facilities, rain gardens, ponds, sediment basins and other storm-water management facilities/BMP’s
• Muck out and re-grade ponds
• Shoot grades for stakeout and read/interpret cut sheets
• Run bobcat and/or mini excavator and/or Heavy equipment to trench, grade, and excavate
• Complete other grading and excavation needs per the request of our clients
