About The Position

Operate heavy equipment including a forklift, tractor, loader with top tip bucket, trackmobile, and railcar mover; To handle, store, and distribute products for Agromart Partner’s retail businesses, fertilizers and other crop-input products; Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment required to operate the terminal storage facilities; Follow safe operating procedures and participate in the Environmental Health and Safety Programs Perform minor repairs on various pieces of equipment; Work and Interact with customers, truck drivers, and employees courteously and professionally; Provide general assistance within the facility and perform additional duties as needed. Training will be provided!

Requirements

• Good computer skills to operate scale systems
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
• Good communication skills
• Work well within a small team as well as work independently
• Receptive to learn new skills
• Valid G license
• Able to work outdoors in all conditions
• Able to work flexible hours during weekdays and weekends, including overtime
