RPM Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator for a great opportunity in Stringtown, OK. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of heavy equipment operating experience or a combination of related education and experience
- Valid Driver's License required
- Ability to read and write
- Excellent equipment operation and driving skills
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Operate various types of heavy equipment to load trucks, feed bins with aggregate materials, and maintain proper material quantities
- Load material into bins, crushers, trucks, or plant operations as needed
- Move earth, rock, and other materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operation
- Monitor equipment condition and identify maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain proper fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall equipment appearance
- Perform minor equipment repairs and routine maintenance as needed
- Complete required paperwork and operational reports
- Follow all safety, environmental, and compliance requirements
- Promote a strong culture of safety and report any unsafe conditions immediately
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
