About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery to support a wide range of construction and development projects. You will work on diverse projects across commercial, industrial, government, and military sectors, ensuring sites are prepared efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong understanding of DOT standards, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.

Requirements

Must have a Real ID, SS, and Birth Certificate.
Clean Background. Or Able to get on base and have active badging.
Meet Qualifications to get into our Company Auto Insurance.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Manual Vehicles (Stick Shift) might be helpful for older machinery.
CDL is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate Heavy Equipment vehicles safely and efficiently.
Understand DOT standards and inspect vehicles to always be up to code.
Operate skid steers, excavators, bull dozers, dump trucks, loaders, among other heavy equipment to efficiently break down structures, clear debris, and prepare sites for development.
Experienced with skid steer loaders and attachments including buckets, grapples, augers, breakers, and other job-specific equipment.
Experienced with excavation, grading, loading, hauling, backfilling, and material relocation tasks.
Work in a variety of projects ranging from commercial, industrial, government, and military projects.
Ability to operate machinery and perform labor tasks as needed.
Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure proper functioning.
Follow safety protocols and comply with all site regulations.
Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and grade stakes.
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members.
Report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately.
