This role involves operating heavy equipment and performing routine inspections and maintenance. Requirements
- Massachusetts 2A/1C hoisting license
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operating heavy equipment such as: bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor grader, scraper, and compactors.
- Performing routine inspection and maintenance on equipment.
- Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues.
