About The Position
LB3 Enterprises is a premier mass excavation contractor looking for experienced excavator operators with breaker experience. Our heavy equipment operators work on many of the largest mass excavation projects and are some of the best in the industry. We take on the biggest, most complex mass excavation projects, and we expect a lot from our operators. At the same time, we support them with training to continuously improve their skills and offer a career path to management for qualified employees. We provide our operators with a fleet of the latest equipment and work on the biggest earthmoving projects in town during the day. We invest in our people and build a team of positive people who love what they do. No monotonous 9 - 5 jobs here!
