About The Position
The Town of Prosper is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated individual for the position of Heavy Equipment Operator - Streets. This role involves performing semi-skilled and skilled tasks in the construction, maintenance, and repair of the Town’s streets, alleys, and sidewalks. The operator will be responsible for operating and safely using heavy equipment in the performance of various assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in streets and sidewalk repair and/or construction
- High School Diploma or completion of a GED.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Performs semi-skilled and skilled tasks in the construction, maintenance and repair of the Town’s streets, alleys and sidewalks.
- Operates and safely uses heavy equipment in the performance of various assigned tasks.
