Kearl is one of Canada’s highest-quality oil sands deposits, developed using advanced mining methods and next-generation technologies. Since startup in 2013, Kearl has become a cornerstone of Imperial’s upstream business, producing approximately 280,000 barrels per day. Kearl operates as a fully integrated Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) mine, utilizing Caterpillar Minestar technology with a fleet of autonomous CAT 797 haul trucks. Our success relies on the seamless integration of people, process, and technology to safely deliver reliable and efficient production. The Mine Production organization is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators and Mine Dispatch / AHS Support personnel to support safe, efficient, and reliable mining operations.
