Parsons is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator III to operate heavy and light equipment for repairing, maintaining, and reconfiguring roadways, stockpiles, and berms, including loading and unloading rock and soil at the Faro Mine Complex. This role involves working shifts of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, with 12 hours per shift. The company provides paid travel to and from the site as well as housing accommodations, but employees are responsible for their own food/meals. This position is part of the Critical Infrastructure team and the Faro Mines project, which is a unionized worksite governed by the Faro Union Collective Bargaining Agreement, requiring union membership and dues.
