Requirements
- Experience operating multiple pieces of heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of sitework, elevations, and compaction
- Ability to work independently without constant direction
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- GPS machine control experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment including: Excavators, Dozers, Track Loaders, Motor Graders, Rollers, Backhoes
- Perform excavation, grading, site development, and utility installation work
- Read and understand grade stakes, site plans, and GPS machine control systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work safely while maintaining productivity and quality standards
