The Seasonal Driver / Operator position is expected to run from December 2026 to April/May 2027, with potential for long-term employment, and is located on the North Slope and requires a rotational work schedule. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All PPE is provided except for steel or composite toed boots. All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Relocation assistance to Alaska is not provided; however, transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided. Job Purpose: Routinely and safely drive on Ice roads with various types of equipment such as tractor/trailer combinations consisting of stretch flatbed trailer and/or double flatbed trailers Our fleet utilizes 18-speed, as well as 8- and 10-speed deep reduction transmissions. The Driver / Operator is expected to safely secure, transport and unsecure miscellaneous loads on flatbed trailers to and from various locations fieldwide.
