About The Position
Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join their team. This role is for a Technician II position where safety and people are core values. The company offers competitive pay, paid weekly, and a typical schedule of Monday – Friday, 7AM-4PM, with potential for overtime based on business needs. Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic.
- Preferably with a construction equipment background.
- Must have the necessary tools to perform the job.
- Experience with performing diagnostics and repairs, not just preventative maintenance.
- Experience using diagnostic software and tools.
