About The Position
Experienced Heavy Equipment Field Mechanics are needed in the Nashville, TN region. Working with a large service, rental and parts distributor supporting the Construction, Agricultural and Manufacturing industries. An opportunity to work with a team of experienced technicians locally, and surrounding the Nashville area.
Requirements
- 5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
- Experience working independently in a service truck.
- Background with Excavators, Loaders, Telehandlers, Tractors is a strong asset.
- Comfortable with Hydraulics, Welding, Electrical, Preventative Maintenance, Diesel Engines.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Clear Driver's Record.
- Own Tools.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy equipment maintenance working independently in a service truck.
- Service, repair, and maintain excavators, loaders, telehandlers, and tractors.
- Work with hydraulics, welding, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on heavy equipment.
- Respond to mobile dispatch calls.
